We all had a great week at Joseph’s place. The view off the balcony towards Jeanette’s pier and the sunrise were perfection. The condo is wonderful for my 95 yr old mother so she can have the walk in shower. My teen grandchild and friend were there at the beginning and they loved it. I was sorry the elevator was out but the cargo lift was great for the suitcases, food and supplies to get upstairs. It held quite a few items too. My mother likes to just stay put and only leaves once or twice while there. So it’s a wonderful place for her to do her puzzle books, reading and coloring while looking out at the ocean. The tall balcony chairs were nice to see out above the railing. Joseph was always very responsive when I reached out about a couple questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and walking on the beach. We plan to go again next year.

Pierview Condos is our favorite place to stay! Joe is always quick to respond and check in on our stay. We have rented with him many times and will continue in the future!

Great spot right on the beach with a spectacular beach view. Walkable to Jeannette’s pier and some of the restaurants and shops in South Nags Head. Very nicely renovated and modern.

Perfect space and layout for our family. The view from the balcony was unbelievable - fell asleep to the sound of waves every night and woke up to the sunrise over the ocean. It's just as described. Everything was clean and well cared for. We can't wait to visit again!

The location, with its close proximity to the beach and ocean, is perfect. I had a good view of the ocean without even getting out of bed. Since I have a problem with walking, I much appreciated the ramp and elevator. If I traveled to Nags Head in the future, I would hope to rent this condo (or a similar one) again. We were here in early March, so keep in mind that many of the better restaurants weren’t open yet.

This was a last minute trip from Pittsburgh. weather looked good for the week so we booked the day before . I have to say Joe was an amazing host if I had any questions he messaged back right away. he was super helpful and you can tell he wanted to make your stay a great one. the condo was really clean, it looks just like the pictures. the view was stunning. we were able to sit on the deck and take in the wonderful beach. which is just a few steps away. you could here the waves which is so relaxing. we were there in the off season so we had the beach to ourselves .and with the weather being nice we were on the beach everyday the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. we cooked in every day and loved sitting outside on the deck to eat. my husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely go back again. thank you Joe for sharing your home

Great ocean front condo! Beautiful views and a relaxing setting. I enjoyed my coffee, book and the parade of dogs on the beach each morning. ❤️🐶 Condo was as described and appeared in the pictures. Joseph provided a ton of local recommendations and was extremely communicative which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!! 🏖️

Many thanks to Joe (and Mike and Lisa, the caretakers of Joe’s place) for our wonderful oceanfront accommodations!! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect; We had the most beautiful views from both our bedroom with a sliding door onto the balcony, and from the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We felt right at home, and didn’t want to leave.

The location is perfect! From the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean one can enjoy a spectacular sunrise, and from the entrance windows one can watch a beautiful sunset each and every day! That was my absolute favorite feature of the apartment.
